Increasingly, the need arises to see underwater objects where optical systems fail. Our advanced sonar imaging service provides a window into that dark and murky environment.

This sonar service can be deployed by divers, fixed mount from vessel or via our Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV). The deployment method varies according to conditions at the job site. The resulting full motion digital data is near video quality. The digital images provide permanent documentation that can be stored on disk, and displayed by all available conventional means: Print, projection, enlargements, internet, email etc.

Service Applications:

	Vessel Inspection - Hull imaging is typically done with the ROV and provides details of the hull condition at the time of imaging. It can detect leakage providing linear and profile extent of the damage. It has been used to document the cause of a vessel sinking.
	Structural Inspection - Document structural elements in the marine environment. Details of both steel and concrete can be recorded for examination by the responsible parties.
	Debris Field Determination - Identify items in a debris field to determine what will require salvage.
	Security - Determine if any objects have been attached to the hull of vessels or imbedded in grates or rudder area of vessel.
